Location: The property was built in the heart of the Dachstein region, the skiing and hiking resort of Schladming. On the south side of the modern residential complex you can see the Planai World Cup finish slope. Despite the quiet residential area, Schladming town centre and all the necessary facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. In summer, the countless hiking trails in the surrounding area make the hearts of nature lovers beat faster and in the winter months, the Ski Amadé piste panorama is a delight.

Features: Four luxurious flats with a living space of between approx. 61 and 115 m² have been created. Two residential units, including a garden area, are located on the ground floor and two maisonette flats are situated on the upper and top floors with spacious roof terraces and a sauna. Great importance was attached to ecological construction methods during construction.

Construction method: As with most of our projects, the focus is on creating a feel-good atmosphere through the use of many wooden elements in combination with open and bright rooms. The upper floor and attic were built using a timber frame construction method. Heating is provided by an environmentally friendly district heating system. Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The turnkey handover took place in autumn 2024. You can find more information in the construction and equipment description.
